• For growers who utilize branded labels in their production, Terra Nova will not require them to purchase tags with their unrooted cutting or rooted liner orders.
• Branded labeling is still required to list the correct variety name and patent information for each variety. To help support the proper labeling of Terra Nova™ varieties they have created a virtual patent website, and have supplied all major labeling companies with the correct information for each Terra Nova™ variety.
• This change in labeling policy is applicable for unrooted cuttings or rooted liners purchased from Terra Nova Nurseries, or any of their licensee partners.
• If you do purchase tags through Terra Nova they will be $0.08 per tag

Shipping:

• UPS Ground
• 48 tray minimum for pallet shipping.
• Pick up is available. Call 800-215-9450 ext. 331 for an appointment. Orders that are not picked up will have a 15% restocking fee.

Cancellations:

• Order cancellations or changes must be made before time of stick.
• No changes or cancellations within 2 weeks of shipping. Orders cancelled within two weeks of shipping will have a 50% restocking fee.

Claims:

• All quality claims must be phoned in within 72 hours of shipment followed by written notification.
• Shipping claims must be reported immediately, within 24 hours. All shipments are at customer's own risk.
• Pictures are required for all quality and transportation claims.

Order Cut Offs:

• 9 month lead time needed for custom orders.
• At-once order cut offs: 4 days prior to ship.
• Orders booked 24 weeks in advance of the ship date quality for an early order discount.
