Additional Charges:

• Orders for less than 2,500 cuttings (3,500 for Canada) will be assessed a $65.00 handling fee.
• An additional charge of $50.00 will apply to shipments requiring a phytosanitary certificate.
• Prices include royalty and freight to the door.
• Box charge of $4.50 on all Ipomoea cuttings.

Canadian Customers:

• Canadian customers ordering from Quality Cuttings Team must be the importer of record and have all appropriate import permits.
• Ipomoea are not available for Canadian customers.
• FedEx Brokerage services must be used to clear our orders in Canada.

Tags:

• When not required, tags must be requested at the time an order is placed.
• Requested tags are drop shipped from Master Tag for $0.043 per tag and are in bundles of 100.
• Required for Suntory ($0.063/tag) and Cultivaris ($0.078/tag) varieties

Shipping:

• All prices include delivery to the door.
• Orders are shipped via FedEx and arrive on Wednesday morning (or later during peak shipping weeks).
• One box orders and below minimum orders are subject to a freight surcharge to compensate for additional shipping costs.

Order cut offs:

• Cut off day for orders and additions is Friday prior to ship week.

Samples:

• Free samples are available upon request (50 per variety/25 per variety for succulents).
• Can receive up to 2,000 cuttings free for qualified customers.
• Quality Cuttings Team will pay the freight.
• Designed for customers that receive 50,000+ cuttings/year.

Claims:

• Claims must be accompanied by images of the damaged product or packaging.
• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of cuttings.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations or deletions must be submitted two weeks prior to the ship week.
