Additional Charges:

• Minimum order is 2,000 cuttings. Orders of 500-1,400 cuttings will be assessed a $75.00 below minimum fee. Orders of 1,500 - 1,900 cuttings will be assessed a $50.00 below minimum fee.
• Minimum order for Ipomoea is 1,000 cuttings. Below minimum orders for Ipomoea will be assessed a $50.00 below minimum fee.
• A phytosanitary charge will be added to Canadian orders.

Tags:

• Tags must be requested at the time the order is placed for all except Terra Nova Coleus and Plectranthus.
• Tags cost $0.045 each.
• Tags for Terra Nova varieties will ship automatically and are included in the cost of the cuttings.
• Order tags in multiples of 100 per variety.

Shipping:

• Priced include delivery to the door. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will have an additional $15.00/box shipping fee.

Order Changes:

• All order changes (additions and cancellations) should be made at least one week prior to shipping.

Claims:

• All claims must be received within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

Canadian Customers:

• Canadian customers ordering from PSI must be the importer of record and have all appropriate import permits.
