Additional Charges:
- Poinsettia boxing charge $8.00
- Annuals and Mum boxing charge $4.00 (including New Guineas and Kwik Kombos)
- Geranium and Hiemalis Begonia boxing charge $6.12
- Deliveries to category 1 states (AZ, CA, HI, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA) during the open shipping window (October - June) will include a phyto fee of $20.

Shipping:
- FedEx 2nd Day (Overnight during January and February)
- Truck Shipping (see charts below for rates)
- Pick Up: For all pick up orders product will be available Tuesday after 1:00PM. Call ahead to schedule pick ups.
- Delivery to category 1 states cannot be made July - September for Annuals and Geraniums.
- Due to the limitations of shipping into Category 1 states at certain times of the year, because of the Japanese beetle regulations, the following states will not be available to ship to from week 23 to week 40. (This does not include poinsettias, which are rooted in an inert media and exempt from the restrictions.)
- Category 1 states: Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington
Claims:
- Freight claims: Customer must note visible damage when signing delivery slip and submit claim within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- Shortage claims: Must be submitted withing 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
- Product quality claims: Must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Photos must accompany the claim with details of the issue.
Cancellations:
- No cancellations within 2 weeks of the product being stuck.
Volume Levels—Spring items only (Mums, Asters, and Poinsettias not included):
- Volume 1: 0-4,999
- Volume 2: 5,000-9,999
- Volume 3: 10,000-24,999
- Volume 4: 25,000-74,999
- Volume 5: 75,000+
Prefinished:
- Guaranteed fulfillment on orders placed by October 13, 2013.
- Orders will be accepted after October 13th but availability can not be guaranteed. Orders made after this date will be fulfilled as completely as possible.
