Claims:

• All claims regardless of delivery method must be made within 48 hours of receipt of materials.
• Request for replacements will be honored as soon as possible.
• Credit will be issued for any replacement material that cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping:

• Pricing does not include delivery.
• Orders will ship via FedEx Ground for all customer within the FedEx Ground 1 day and 2 Day service areas. FedEx Ground shipping is $24.00 per box, all-inclusive.
• Customers outside of those service areas will ship FedEx 2nd Day Air. Shipping charges for this service will be at the FedEx rate + $10.00 handling fee.

Grower Truck:

• 10 Tray minimum for truck delivery.
• Minium truck freight charge of $24.00.
• 1-100 miles = $1.25/tray
• 101-125 miles = $1.75/tray
• 126-150 miles = $2.00/tray
• 151-175 miles = $2.25/tray
• 176-200 miles = $2.50/tray
• 201-225 miles = $3.00/tray
• 226-250 miles = $3.25/tray
• 251-275 miles = $3.50/tray
• 276-300 miles = $3.75/tray
• 301-325 miles = $4.25/tray
• 326-350 miles = $4.50/tray
• 351-375 miles = $4.75/tray
• 376-400 miles = $5.00/tray
• 401-425 miles = $5.50/tray
• 426-500 miles = $5.75/tray
• 500+ miles = Call for a quote

Customer Pick Up

• Customer pick up hours vary by the time of year.
• Orders not picked up on schedule will be subject to a handling fee.
• Monday: Closed
• Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm (8:00am - 12:00 noon March through May)
• Friday: Closed
• Saturday: 8:00am - 11:30am only March through May; Closed all other times of the year
• Sunday: Closed
