An established second-generation family-run business started in 1962, Knox Horticulture produces a full line of young plants for the greenhouse industry. Producing over 150 million plugs and liners from over 700,000 square feet of high-tech greenhouses, Knox Horticulture takes advantage of the Central Florida sun to provide customers a nutrient-packed plant for quicker turns. Minimums:
- Minimum order seed produced plug is 8 trays for advanced bookings. Minimum of 4 trays when the order is from current availability. (There is a $10.00 charge for all orders that do not meet the minimum).
- Minimum order vegetative and Poinsettia produced rooted cutting is 4 trays (there is a $10.00 charge for all orders that do not meet the minimum).
- Minimum order for Garden Mums and Asters is 8 trays (there is a $10.00 charge for all orders that do not meet the minimum).
Tags:
- Bundle size is 100.
- Tag ratios not available.
- Tags are optional unless required by breeder.
- Optional tags must be requested with the order.
- Cost of tags will be added to the invoice.
- Required tags for the following products will be added to the invoice:
- All SunPatiens $0.08 per tag.
- All Suntory items $0.06 per tag.
- Lantana Anne Marie $0.05 per tag.
- No tags supplied with Poinsettia orders or plug seedlings.
Shipping:
- All products ship prepaid and add - UPS, FedEx, Air, Truck.
- $1.50 per tray discount will apply to orders of 8 trays or more (per ship date) that are picked up at Knox Horticulture. Advance notice for pickup is required.
- 20 tray minimum per ship date required for local deliveries via Knox Horticulture truck.
- 48 tray minimum per ship date required for air freight shipping within the continental US. A charge of $35.00 per order for transport to Orlando Int. Airport.
Cancellations:
- No cancellations after product is sown or stuck.
Claims:
- Freight claims must be received within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
- Product claims must be received within 72 hours of receipt of shipment.
- Photos of damages and quality must be provided immediately in order for claims to be reviewed.
Volume Levels:
- Volume 1: 1-28 Trays
- Volume 2: 29-132 Trays
- Volume 3: 133-268 Trays
- Volume 4: 269-800 Trays
- Volume 5: 801+ Trays
- Volume levels are calculated on total trays purchased the previous season unless current season is greater.
